Hi I am Alex Martin and I run Aphrodite Designs.

I started in 2013 as a crafter who made too much jewellery. I attended a craft fayre and that's how I started!

​

In 2014 I began running a shop at Getliffe's Yard in Leek for 3 years before going back to my market stall roots for another 2 years. I began my crystal healing journey in 2018 and never looked back! 

​

Now I run the business part time, mainly online and attend local events. 

​

WHAT I SELL

​

I sell handmade gemstone pieces that are one off pieces hence why they are limited stock as well as retail gemstone pieces. All my gemstone beads come from a UK company that goes direct to the sources and is ethical in the way it deals with people. It also runs a charity giving back to the miner's families by building schools and water wells. 

​

I also source crystals - Again I try to buy from UK companies that ethically source these crystals. I also try to handpick every single one when I can.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

I will ship within 3 days of payment. Shipping Fees will be clearly stated on each item as it may differ due to weight. I usually do international standard for international customers.

For UK customers it will always be 2nd class signed for so you are able to track your items. 

​

It you are in the local area: Stoke-on-Trent, Leek or Crewe areas you have several options: Either free delivery to you or collection from any of my stalls.

 

EASY RETURNS

Returns can be sent to me as long as it is within 30 days of purchase. Unless damaged, you will be obliged to pay postage to send it back. Please make sure you contact me to  get a refund as soon as you can,

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As I have stated earlier, UK customers will be able to track their parcel all the way to delivery via 2nd class signed for tracking code.

For international buyers, I will only be able to tell you when I ship, however international standard does not have tracking.
